One of the great things I get to do from time to time, is work with an individual or a couple that is looking to buy their first home. The opportunity and adventure can make for quite an experience for everyone involved; and when we reach the end and they’re handed the keys to their new house; it’s really a fantastic thing.

I recently had the opportunity to do just that with Ian and Joyce (and Milo), who were referred to me by Joyce’s dad; who is a friend and past client of mine.
